Important appointment information.
Sunday and public holiday surcharge
A 10% surcharge applies to all bookings on Sundays and public holidays due to staff penalty rates. This surcharge will be added to the cost of your service on the day.
Out-of-hours appointments
Out-of-hours appointments may be arranged directly with Enrique. A 20% surcharge applies to appointments before 9am or after 9pm.
These costs are additional to the prices listed.
Changes and missed appointments
Enrique Hair reserves the right to charge for missed appointments or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment time.
